Cutline doesn’t just read a transcript. It watches the stream itself — faces, reactions, live chat and how a story builds across the broadcast — and it’s trained on the streams and podcasts whose clips perform today, so it picks moments people actually watch.

You stay in control: rate any clip with a thumbs up or down and it learns what you want, and anything it misses you can grab yourself with Clip It or manual clipping.

I’m a streamer — can I clip my own content?

Yes. Connect your YouTube, Twitch or Kick channel and Auto Clipping clips every stream while you’re live, then captions and posts the clips to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts. No logging in or pressing start. And when you feel a viral moment happen mid-stream, hit Clip It in the portal to clip it on the spot — or from a shortcut on your phone once the mobile app launches. You can also post clipping jobs for other clippers to take on.

Do I need editing experience?

No. Cutline automatically edits every clip for you:

Can I really make money clipping?

Clippers earn from the platforms’ own creator programs and from creators who pay for clips, including clipping jobs posted in the portal. What you earn depends on your channel, the creators you clip and how your clips perform — Cutline does the finding, cutting, captioning and posting so you can put out far more of them.

Which platforms does it work with?

Cutline clips from YouTube, Twitch and Kick streams, and from uploads. Clips post to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts, and highlights upload to YouTube.

What if it’s not for me?

Cancel any time from the portal — no call, no email. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for. We don’t refund partly used months, but we always fix genuine billing mistakes.

What happens to my beta price at launch?

Nothing, as long as you keep your seat. Your rate stays locked when the price goes up for new members. If you cancel, the beta rate is gone and rejoining is at the price at that time.

How does Cutline use your YouTube data?

When you connect your YouTube channel, we use that access only to run the features you turn on for your own channel: we read your channel's livestreams and uploads so you can pick which to clip, we publish the Shorts and highlight videos you create with the titles and thumbnails you set, and we read your YouTube Analytics so the portal can show how your clips perform. Through YouTube, Cutline only accesses your own channel, doesn't sell your data or use it for advertising, and you can disconnect at any time from the portal or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

How Cutline uses your YouTube data

Cutline is a clipping tool for streamers, podcasters and clippers. When you connect your YouTube channel in the Cutline portal, you sign in with Google and choose to give Cutline access. We use that access only to run the features you turn on for your own channel:

  • Find your streams and videos — we read your channel's livestreams and uploads so you can pick which ones to clip.
  • Upload clips and highlights — we publish the Shorts and highlight videos you create in Cutline to your channel, with the titles and thumbnails you set.
  • Show your performance — we read your YouTube Analytics so the portal can show how your clips perform and which moments work best.

Through your YouTube connection, Cutline only accesses your own channel — your livestreams and uploads. Cutline cuts and captions footage; it does not generate or alter images of people, does not create sexual or intimate imagery, and never uses Google APIs for AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. You can disconnect at any time from the portal or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
